Construction Supervisor Location: Near PORT GENTIL (GABON) Rotation: 28/28 Start: soon Duration of contract: 1 an (renewable) Deadline 23 February 2010 We strongly advise French national to apply - CV have to be submitted in French JOB Spec: Supervise and control the manpower to supervise construction work, piping, civil engineering, painting, etc offshore. The candidate will have to insure that the work is done in accordance with specifications, procedures, expenses and planning. OFFSHORE activities ACTIVITIES: • Assure a good coordination / interface with the third parties suppliers particularly the business representative. • Assure the general supervision of jobs of: construction work, piping, civil engineering, painting, etc. • Assure necessary coordination with work permit, HSE. • Followed the supplies on the construction site. • Supervise the planning. • Assure reception, control of documents and liaising with the third parties contractors • Establish a daily report (progress of jobs, number of persons, etc) • Participate in weekly meetings, (preparation of reports of meeting). • Participate in the check up of the work completion. REQUESTED COMPETENCES Techniques: - Experience of supervision position offshore, with O&G companies, preferably with the majors - General knowledge of supervision of construction, piping, civil engineering, painting, maintenance work. - French / English- spoken EXPERIENCE: - Experience of more thant 10 years in an identical function
