Onstream Flex specializes in the supply of temporary personnel (blue & white collar) for the industrial services sector in the Netherlands. Our Flex business (www.onstreamflex.com) is experiencing rapid growth so we are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team based in Rijswijk. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be passionate about finding the right match between the candidate and the client.
Job description
- Owning the recruitment process for the NL market: resume writing, candidate sourcing, engagement, interviewing and client presentation
- Innovative use of own networks, sourcing strategies, social media and technology (applicant tracking software) to gain competitive advantage
- Sector coverage - Civil works, Construction, FMCG, Food, Production, Logistics
- Become the trusted “Solution provider” for all Onstream Flex candidates and clients
- Support marketing/branding/ pitching activities to support sales growth
Requirements
- HBO diploma thinking and working level
- 2-3 years relevant experience in similar position
- Excellent Dutch and English
- Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and applicant tracking software – Salesforce is a plus
- Good communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with relevant NL job specific vocational qualifications (if needed can be learned quickly)
- Open, honest & direct in dealing with candidates and internal colleague
- Willingness to exceed candidate and client expectations
