This traineeship consists of several professional assignments within company service lines. That means the candidate will gain experience in multiple parts of the business, by rotating through functions within asset integrity, logistics, and manpower business units focusing on sales, marketing, business development, commercial services, and procurement. A successful candidate will work on challenging projects out of the HQ in the Netherlands. From day one, the candidate will be involved in assignments that make a real impact on our operations and all stakeholders in multiple global locations of the company from Mozambique to the Netherlands. For example, you could be working on the mobilization budget for a project in Mozambique or a tender bidding process in Kazakhstan.

The traineeship requires big responsibility and integrity, meanwhile a comprehensive support and coaching from the management will be provided. During the traineeship, the company will also focus on a personal growth of the candidate, providing workshops and other learning sessions.
