Introduction
Onstream Group is seeking an experienced (Senior) HR advisor to shape and lead the HR function for its operations in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HRM practices and objectives, covering the full cycle of activities: Recruitment and Selection, Staff Development, Performance Management & Succession Planning.

Job description
- Responsibility for all HR management and development; recruitment & selection, disciplinary and grievance procedures, salary and conditions, contracts, performance appraisals and any other HR related issues
- Ensuing that HR procedures are in compliance with Dutch employment legislation and be an effective resource in Onstream’s engagement with unions, employee works council and collective labour processes
- Leading supervision, engagement and mentorship of staff, whilst building credibility, confidence and trust at all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide firm but fair management direction
- Handling administrative tasks such as letters or contracts creation and implement a HR system
- First point of contact for our employees for all individual matters, questions, or concerns
- Accurately oversee the sickness absence process from start to finish & contribute to reducing the rate of sickness absence
Requirements
- You are in possession of a Bachelor or Master's degree in the direction of Human Resource Management
- Candidates with sufficient experience will also be considered
- A good understanding of employment law, and processes
- Your Dutch and English is excellent in both word and writing
- You are 36-40 hours available per week
- Remote work can be considered
- Payroll administration experience is a plus
