Footbridges that are capable of transporting people and cargo safely from
moving vessels to stationary offshore structures (such as for example
windmills and oil platforms).
The patented technology is advanced and the operational feedback is very positive.

Job description
We are looking for a motivated person with a commercial and technical background and experience in the
energy and/or maritime sector. We are looking for a Sales Manager to:
- Do structured customer need discovery, solution development and stake holder management
- Close late stage pipeline opportunities
- Find new contacts that could benefit from our products
- Develop winning business strategies for specific markets and circumstances
And:
- Conceptually understands technical stuff and complex commercial processes
- Has experience in Consultative/Customer Centric Selling or is eager to learn and adept to such Sales Methodology
- Is fluent in English, interested in different cultures and willing to travel the world
- Brings at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Has the ambition to quickly develop into senior commercial roles
- Actively contribute to the company strategic goals
- Ideally lives and works in The Netherlands.
Requirements
- Completed college education in the direction of technical business administration or a Nautical
education; - Several years of commercial sales experience based on "outcomes";
- Several years of maritime industry experience and in particular equipment supply;
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing
- Experience with BIMCO charters and offshore wind is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience with a CRM system;
- Willingness to travel;
- Minimum availability of 32 hours.
