Our Logistics ans Operations Manager will be based in Port Gentil / Gabon.

De Coded Welder is verantwoordelijk voor foto-laswerkzaamheden. Als offshore kraandrijver ben je werkzaam op een productieplatform in de Noordzee in een 2 weken op, 2 weken af schema. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

* Dagelijks kraanonderhoud ter voorkoming van storingen

Op de platforms is een streng veiligheidsbeleid van kracht omdat gewerkt wordt met chemische stoffen en gassen. Het veiligheidsbeleid stelt eisen omtrent de aanwezigheid en de staat van veiligheidsinstallaties (brandblussers, detectie- en persapparatuur), transportmiddelen (reddingsmiddelen, baskets enz.) en beschermingsmiddelen (kleding, maskers enz.).
Voordat de werkzaamheden met een verhoogd risico (de zgn. heet-werkzaamheden) mogen worden verricht, moet officiële toestemming zijn verkregen door work permits. De Firewatch is primair verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de veiligheidsomstandigheden op het hoofdplatform. Hij neemt deelt aan periodieke bijscholingscursussen en praktijkoefeningen m.b.t. brandbestrijding, EHBO enz. om kennis paraat te hebben en daarmee voorbereid te zijn op calamiteiten.
Hij kan tevens worden ingezet als Roustabout bij onvoldoende reguliere werkzaamheden. Hij assisteert dan de deckcrew met bijv. schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van logistieke- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden.

  • Forecasting future Manpower needs for Client/s (demand forecasting) in close cooperation with Manpower Business Development Manager;

Field Medic offshore

1) Routine care consisting in:
- Carrying out routine nursing care and procedures;
- Carrying out consultations, drug delivery and minor procedures within his competence under supervision and support of "Head Emergency & Field support"/CMO;
- Handling medical equipment and pharmacy in the sick-bay (equipment maintenance follow-up, stock management for drugs...), paying special attention to emergency preparedness;
- Referring patients who require further attention after consultation with the "Head Emergency & Field support"; 2) Emergency care consisting in:
- Carrying out 24/7 immediate initial assessment and stabilization upon arrival of any patient with critical condition;

- Generate Drilling & Completion Service programs & ensure full compliance to company rules before implementation▪ Provide specialized technical Support to Deepwater DCSIs & Supervisor(s) as required
▪ Preparation, planning, optimisation, execution and follow up of the subsea operations
▪ Optimize operations and rig equipment in relation with engineering, geology, contractors and reservoir entities
▪ Ensure management of change document is prepared by DCD teams & approved before implementation
▪ Liaise with other entities for studies, engineering input and details required for preparation of well program, plans and contingencies.
▪ Ensure the respect of safety rules and frames of reference and ensure the reliability of technical information
▪ Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services
▪ Enhance Subsea equipment design and operational procedures to optimize safety and efficiency
▪ Follow up of proposed CONTRACTOR project maintenance schedule, optimization of equipment maintenance requirements to enable delivery of “fit for purpose” equipment.
▪ Provides Onne technical team support; review and delivery of periodic maintenance procedures for scheduled and preventative maintenance activities.

Accountabilities :
Guarantee the accomplishment of the drilling and/or completion and/or work-over operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimising costs and lead times
▪ Contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures
▪ Perform drilling and completion Service program review and ensure best practices are utilized
▪ Support interventions on subsea assets including all documentation/programs involving XT, Tubing Hangers completions and ROV intervention Services with all the associated running tools.
▪ Coordinate necessary meetings between services companies and rig contractor
▪ Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with programs, HSE requirements and Company rules.
▪ Perform complex technical studies and troubleshooting problems for operations.
▪ Follow up rig operations including regular rig visits; monthly HSE meetings at the rig site and CWOP meetings
 

Installation Engineer

Location: France

You will be in charge of the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, risers systems, flexible flowlines and umbilicals. You will prepare the mission and then support the offshore crew during the operation. You will insure the interface with the Client, the suppliers, the offshore crew and the design team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • You are autonomous in the preparation and Offshore support activities for products installation,
  • You take responsibility for a package and a group of Engineers on a major project,

Project Fabrication Engineer

Location: Angola

Mission: For support on an Early Engineering Design (FEED) and tender - Performing basic pipeline design tasks including preliminary standard design checks (wall thickness mechanical design, stability, layout arrangement, lateral buckling screening) to detailed analyses (lateral buckling & walking detailed analyses, On-bottom roughness analyses, …) as required.
  • Performing components or global model detailed design analyses (by Finite Element Analyses)
  • Performing spool and jumper preliminary analyses (by Finite Element Analyses)
  • Providing support to procurement activities for the scope in ownership: preparation of MTOs, review and follow-up of supplier offers and technical deliverables
  • Preparing and participating to peer reviews and design reviews with Client
  • Proposing optimizations solution, cost reductions
The contractor will provide support to FEED and tender team by
The engineer shall be mobilized into Rigid Pipeline discipline offices in GPC Paris for proximity with project team and will report to the pipeline mechanical lead engineer for activities on FEED/tenders.
  • Scope for: Pipeline Design and Analyses Senior Engineer
  •  Experience required: Pipeline design engineer with minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore industry and seniority in offshore pipe design and analyses
  • Key skills: Good practice of Finite Element Analyses and Abaqus software

Jacket Fabrication Package Engineer

Location: Angola

The jacket Fabrication Package Manager is in charge of the management and the execution of the assigned package in the project in accordance with technical and planning constraints. He implements the planning established by the Project Manager and develop all required KPIs to have a long term vision of the planning.
He must ensure that fabrication is performed according to Contract requirements.
He organizes and follows the work assigned to the Project Fabrication Engineers working on his package.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resources
  • Lead the Project Fabrication Engineers.
  • Define the priorities for the fabrication activities in his package with the assistance of the Fabrication Project Manager.
  • Ensure Subcontractors, if any, are aware of Project planning and requirements.
Contract & Budget
  • Follow-up of fabrication budgets (man-hours) and productivity in his package.
  • Control operational interfaces and performance of Subcontractors, if any, to enable compliance with budget and with fabrication schedule.
  • Identify Changes in Contract and determine cost/time impact to keep and improve Project results.
Fabrication
  • Organise the fabrication activity of the Project with assistance of the Project Fabrication Engineers and in collaboration with the Fabrication project manager.
  • Co-ordinate activities of the QC department, production engineering and project fabrication superintendents assigned to the project.
  • Implement the Project Fabrication planning
  • Monitor the follow up of Project materials and materials free issued by Client and Subcontractors.
  • Schedule the production according to reception of material
  • Ensure the material Traceability is implemented with the assistance of QC department.
  • Monitor the progress and the productivity by producing KPIs and propose/implement measures to reach intermediate and final objectives.
  • Identify the risks for the package not to meet the contract requirements and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure that Project Quality requirements are fulfilled
INTERFACES   
The Fabrication Package Manager communicates with
  • Fabrication Project Manager for reporting on any contractual matters, risks foreseen, schedule impacts or changes, fabrication sequence and Project Fabrication Engineers scope of work.
  • Project Fabrication Engineer & Fabrication Superintendents for organising the production
  • Supply chain department for subcontracting and procurement.
