Head of Production Services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The SERVICE consists of:
• Managing the FO team in Korea (production, maintenance and commissioning)
• In close coordination with the other FO entities in France and in Nigeria, preparing all documents necessary for the start-up and operation of the Project facilities.
• Mobilizing and managing the Project Production team, in charge of wells, wellhead platforms facilities, flow lines / pipelines and production facilities
• Organizing the Production team input in the Project Field development design, FAT, construction / pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand-over activities in liaison with the Project entities.
• Preparing and conducting a safe, technically sound and timely integration of Project new facilities within the existing Project facilities and in coordination with the start-up team optimize the start-up of Project Field.
• Being responsible in coordination with the OIM for Project Production overall performance (HSE, Production, and Products Delivery) during the Field start-up period.
• Ensuring adequate coordination between the Production team and the other offshore Operations teams
• (OIM, HSE, Maintenance/Inspection, Technical Support, Start-Up, Support Services) as well as the Onshore Support teams during the construction / commissioning, tie-ins and the Start-Up and hand-over phases.

More particularly:
• To be responsible for the efficient and timely organization of the preparation work of the production activities needed for the start-up and first years of operation phases of Project Field (HSE objectives for production dep production efficiency objectives, start-up sequences, procedures, work permits system, standing instructions, s needs…covering the Oil & Gas export and injection pipelines operations)
• To organize the Production team input in the Project Field development design (in particular for P&IDs,
• ESD/F&G, operability, …), FAT (in particular for the acceptance of the ICSS and Training Simulator, the Full C Wells,…), construction / pre-commissioning, commissioning (in particular assignment of production personnel) activities (in particular conformity checks, OTP, punch list,…) in liaison with the Project Engineering / Construct Commissioning entities.
• To participate in close liaison with the HSE Engineer in the identification of the Safety Critical Elements,
• Emergency Procedures in the definition of the related testing and recording requirements (re. Site HSE Dossier
• To prepare the various sub-contracts needed for the Project production (in particular for chemical supplies, laboratory studies…) in liaison with the Project and Company as required.
• To take leadership in the Production Data Management System (PDMS) development.
• To review and approve the Operations Manuals to be developed by the project.
• To participate in the production personnel training program (HSE, general knowledge, OJT, Training
• Simulator, Operating Manuals, Vendors training) in line with OPERCAP methodology and in close liaison with t Interface Coordinator and Company.
