Training

The ONSTREAM Group has close ties with certified training organisations and we regularly arrange for trainings for our consultants in line with applicable regulations and project requirements. As such, all members of our staff have the necessary qualifications and safety certifications required for their roles.

These trainings also serve to provide invaluable professional development opportunities in addition to ensuring and demonstrating compliance to relevant statutes and standards. Through our in-house Quality Control and Safety department, we constantly monitor the knowledge certification and expertise of our operational personnel.

As an organisation we are committed to provide all local personnel with the necessary on-the-job training, and can also arrange the structured trainings and competence management programs for most requirements upon request.
