Project Support
ONSTREAM’s cores activities are to recruit (attract & select) and provide staff to the upstream Oil & Gas sector and the energy business sector (predominantly to major multi-national oil companies) mainly in the following areas:
Project Definition Phase
Project maturity until final investment decision. Typical activities include: Exploration, feasibility studies, conceptual design, concept definition, basis for design, through to Project Execution Plan and project specification.
Project Execution Phase
Typical activities include: detail design, procurement, construction engineering management, project services & controls, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and close-out.
Operations
Typical activities include: well/drilling operations / engineering, production operations/engineering and maintenance operations / engineering.
