The Onstream group provides a wide range of recruitment, contracting and other support services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, marine and energy production industries throughout the world.

Over more than 25 years we have built up strong links with many major multinational clients by providing them with individually tailored, flexible service offerings which exactly meet their requirements for any particular project and through our detailed local knowledge and expertise we are able to make a significant contribution to each project’s success. Similarly we provide our own contractors for such projects with the very highest quality of support and service wherever in the world they may be operating.

Our expertise covers both offshore and onshore work and we are able to deal with any operational situation, however complex or challenging. We provide start to finish contractor services for all types of project, including construction, maintenance, inspection, commissioning and decommissioning, logistics, surveys, project management and specialist consultancy. We can also provide straightforward recruitment solutions when this is required.

In addition to our contracting and recruitment services we can offer our clients a totally flexible equipment rental service. The attraction of this service is that the client does not have to source, store, maintain or replace equipment and that, if required, Onstream can also supply the highly skilled and adaptable operators who are needed.

Where relevant we can also provide marine services, including vessel management and logistics services. Our experience in this field has taught us the importance of experienced personnel in making sure that vessels are operated safely and efficiently in accordance with contract terms and fully maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Alternatively, our own specialist engineers and technicians can provide owners with assistance for any necessary repairs or can operate as long term maintenance teams.

Because we operate around the world we have built up a vast store of local knowledge and local expertise which we can bring to bear for the benefit of both our clients and our contractors. In particular, we provide full payroll services, dealing with complex local tax and other issues; we arrange visas, work permits and residency permits; we manage international and local travel and we also supply local support services, accommodation and training if required.
